Check out all of the stats on the other 31 3Ts in the league, along with all of their other stats. BJ Hill measures up just fine, especially for the price range that he commands. If you want a sack artist at 3T? That's going to cost $25M+ (unless you draft one and get the benefit of a rookie contract) Spot on with BJ Hill. TLL provided stats comparing Larry O and BJ since the year we went to the SB and Hill blows away his numbers. BJ Hill is as solid as it gets, all we have to be is solid this year on Defense and we have as good of a shot as anyone to make it back to the SB. Liked what I saw of Kris Jenkins and McKinnley in the first preseason game too. We get push up the middle with Trey back and Shemar emerging and it will make the entire Defense look way better.

Stone was not good last year, I like Battle though at SS and think if Dax Hill, DJ Turner, CTB and Fig Newton can stay relatively healthy they could be a good room. But not a sure thing. The Offense will be damn good if Burrow the OL and the weapons stay healthy.

I'm thinking a middling group is all they need. As close to 16 as they can be, but i think even a 20th ranked D gets them into the playoffs. Anything above 16th would just be icing on the cake. ![]() "Hope is not a strategy"

Bengals gave up 348 points a game which was 25th in league. If they improve 20 yards per game, they would be around 13th. https://www.foxsports.com/nfl/team-stats?category=defense&season=2024 Points per game 25.5 or 26th in 2024. Improve 2 points and they are 19th. My point is Bengals don't need to go to top 5 defense in 2025 with our NFL as you said. To get around 20th in yards allowed and points allowed is not a huge leap. ![]() Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!
