If another OL is engaged with a DL, even if you trip and fall into his legs they can (albeit likely errantly) still call it.

The chop block call was a bad call. Unfortunately we saw a number of poor calls in that game all favoring the Eagles. So the refs are getting into their usual home cooking form. With that said, Patrick seemed to be lunging a lot which was weird - I also wonder if the injury is still affecting him.

I said in the Gameday Thread. He tried to chop block but failed. it's a rough existent when you're to bad to commit a penalty.
