For real, usually a run in the second in my mocks, which even then is too rich for my taste.

It's not just you man, same thing happens in my mocks too.  QB's are flat going early.

Yep. There's too many good options in the 4th round for a QB, that i've seen.

I have exceptions for guys I'd take early but not 1-2 early, probably not 3-4 early. Too many good players in those rounds plus some quality QBs later.

My stragedy is a little different...

I'm tweaking my draft, based off last year where i started off 8-2 before my WRs got injured and/or went in the tank. And that's with the best RB at the time, CMC, not doing anything at all for me.

There are a ton of top players besides Hendrickson who are not set yet, and many top RB's, WR's and QB's could end up on other teams, or end up playing, or not play at all.  I'm glad we aren't drafting too early.  Tecmo has one upside he hasn't mentioned at picking 12 and 13, and that is #1 Waiver spot.  Take Washington last night.  If they trade their top RB, that means not only is he on another team, but it means somebody new becomes Washington's #1 RB.   In the Mock Drafts it says Mixon is out but not injured, but will score points, which confuses the heck out of me.....Again, I'm just glad we aren't drafting too early this year, because many top players in NFL are unclear where they will play, or if they will play.  Those that have good Waiver spots early will grab starters we aren't even seeing in the mock drafts.  Plus in our league, if you use a top waiver and go back to the bottom, in a few weeks you are back to the top again. Due to NFL players so unsure of where they will be playing this season, there will be steals in early Waiver Pools. The Washington RB up for trade and Hill of Dolphins and many others. A lot of trades coming, meaning a lot of new starters getting playing time.
