I on the other hand have not called you any names and have tried to be respectful. It isnt easy when someone is being disrespectful towards you but i am able to see through it.

You are a pedant just like you are a pessimist. You're a pedant just like you are eloquent. It's an adjective that describes the manner in which you comment/respond/speak to someone, it isn't calling someone a name or label like, "stupid," "moron," or even something like, "racist."
