We couldn’t stop NE to get the ball back, couldn’t stop KC for the win, couldn’t stop Washington but once, couldn’t stop Philadelphia ever, couldn’t stop Baltimore in both games, couldn’t stop Pittsburgh at home to get the ball back and couldn’t stop San Diego after missed FG.
It would be nice to have a defense and can stop someone once in a while,
I do think we had stops in most of the games that you mentioned that opened the door for a win. But I agree with your point that at the end of the day it wasn't enough.
I think people need to expect this defense to have its fair amount of struggles this year. We aren't going to be the 21' or 22' defense. I like the group we have and think they can be good enough but we are razor thin at CB and S. Hopefully a guy like Dax can stay healthy and start to make some explosive plays for the defense.
