All in?

Similar to keeping All in there with Gesicki, allowing the O to audible to pass or run, pending what the D is showing.

Despite tripping over his own feet immediately after toughing the ball, Sample is a great TE3.

He catches a lot of crap because the Bengals pulled the trigger way early in drafting him.

Eh-hem:

I am a fan and supporter, both those were clear anomalies to the norm.

Glad he gotten though!

I've been a fan since he was drafted. Yes, I like many was not over the moon that he was drafted that high, but always been one of my favourites on the team.

If not for Fairchild this year, Sample was the jersey I was going to get next (and still may, if something happens to Fairchild).

His biggest asset as a total package TE is he didn't give away the play. Him being in didn't dictate it was a pass play or a run play. They had flexibility when calling a play with him in.

Our TE's now you kinda know what they are going to do.

It was against KC.

Not exactly a top DE, but a really impressive block nonetheless.

Unfortunately, All’s career has not even had a chance to get on track. Hope is able to come back and have a good career.

Interesting that I just looked up Eifert and he’s only 35 years old. Seems like he played decades ago. Crazy to think that without all of the injuries he might still be in the league.

I think he would have been one of the best TE’s EVER! I thought he was that good, but the injuries were too much. Maybe I over hyped him. I also use to think Odell Thurman would have been a HOF player if he had his head on straight. Same with Chris Henry. Dude was Randy Moss like at times. Damn what could have been. All the way back to Greg Cook. RIP.

if they had played for another franchise their history's might have been very different. being a bengals fan is almost as sad as being a browns fan. almost.........

I saw where they discovered an issue with his previous ACL surgery during the surgery to repair the one this season. I believe it was going to require a future surgery and that was the reason for not being able to play in 2025. Feels like it will be tough to right his career after the injuries and extended time away from football. Sucks he was looking like a steal and really helping to open up the offense.

In 9 games:  20 receptions on 22 targets for 158 total yards, 17.6 yards per game.  I don't know much about other aspects of his game like blocking.  I might be wrong but it seems like I remember others saying he was fairly good at it.  I think mostly the hype is based on his perceived potential.

That's pretty good.. interesting.
