I saw them on the same tour at the Newport in Columbus. Voivod covered Pink Floyd's Astronomy Domine and Faith No More played the theme music to that Nestle's commercial ("Sweet Dreams You Can't Resist).

Sort of an off topic question but have you seen the Miami Vice movie from the mid 2000s? I think that was my first introduction to Audioslave and I've loved "The Shape of Things to Come" ever since.

Yep... I was at the same show.


I really liked Faith No More back in the day. Angel Dust is one of my favorite metal albums... If that is metal. Whatever the hell they were; I liked it.

I wasn't able to see that movie, damn. Audioslave was like the biggest hard rock band in the world at one time, Morello is a great guitarist.
