I wanted to get in my third and final mock before the real thing.
RD1- JAMES PEARCE JR/ED (6’5”/245)
Reported character issues keep JP from challenging Abdul Carter as the best edge in the draft, but when you ask about these issues, you get: “I heard from my uncle’s wife’s brother that he heard from…..” You want to stop Lemar and the Ravens? How about an edge rusher with 4.4 Speed?
RD2: TATE RATLEDGE/OG (6’6”/308)
Each year, I fall in love with an Olineman, and this year, it was Ratledge. Missing time this past year is the only reason he made it to 49, and that’s how we got Mims. He’s big, mean, strong, and one of the most athletic interior olinemen EVER to enter the draft.
RD3:BHAYSHUI TUTEN/RB (5’9”/206)
Productive 2-years at Va, Tech, and one of few RBs who we interviewed at their Pro Day. The dude is in the Gio Benard mold to include KR ability. You want measurables? (ranking at combine among RBs) Forty: 4.32 (1st), 10-yard split: 1.49 (1st), vert. 40.5 (1st), Broad 10.10 (2nd). He didn’t bench at the combine, but 24 reps he put up at his pro day would have been (1st).
RD4: ANDREW MUKUBA/DB (5’11”/186)
One more inch and 15 pounds, and this kid is a first-rounder. As it is, he’s a high-character, instinctive, fast DB who can tackle. At worst, we get Mike Hilton, at best, we get Eric Thomas
RD5: RYLIE MILLS/DT (6’5”/291)
3-tech, who is familiar with and excels in Golden’s defense. The kid had 7.5 last year as an interior rusher. Built with a Trey Hendrickson motor and a JJ Watt body. Would start his career as a rotational interior rusher.
RD6: HAYDEN CONNER/OG (6’6"/317)
This kid just hit my radar. He has taken gameday snaps for the Longhorns at every position but RT. He was able to start at center with only 1 week's notice. He’s long-limbed and strong. States his best trait is his football IQ

Good job Bfine. Love the first 2 picks if Pearce is all good in the head. Of course I love the Ratledge pick. Tuten is interesting and actually
not one of the RB's I have spoke of in this deep RB Draft. I like that he has crazy speed and Kick Return ability like Gio. Mukuba is under
sized as you say and that is the only reason he should fall, nice pick.
Rylie Mills seems very underrated for having 7.5 Sacks as a DT last season. Might be my favorite pick of this Mock and I like the second
Guard in Connor that you got as well. I like this Draft a lot.

Overall, I really like it. If drafting a DE/Edge, I would have drafted potential 3 down DE Mykel Williams, he 6'5" and 260, Trey for comparison is 6'4" and 265.
I absolutely love the rest. I would be thrilled with this good of a draft and I did not see you make unrealistic (no way there available with that pick) selections.
I suggest everyone try doing a simulator mock or 3 like Bfiine. It will give you a taste of how hard it is when you are on the clock and see 5 guys you reallu like, or see your guy is ranked 20 players later, but you have 35 picks inn fornt of your next pick. Grab your guy and it looks like a reach. But in reality, it likely is not.

Last year Isaac Guerendo had a similar combine and went from nobody to the 4th RD. The big difference between the 2 was college production.

I thought about Mykel and would be happy w/ him at 17. It came down to asking myself can Pearce get bigger or can Williams get faster

I'm not too high on Tuten but I like the rest of it. He'll have to learn to clean up his fumble issues.
Sign me up for Pearce so long as they've vetted his personality traits. Ratledge in 2, hey you can't be mad at that. I think I'd prefer Jackson or Booker but either reaching pick 49 sounds iffy. Mukuba in round 4 yes please.

The thing that holds me back on Pearce is that he has a very slight looking frame for his size. I'm thinking that he's not going to add a lot of mass, pretty much what you see is what you get. That is fine, so long as he never lets a blocker get a hand on him when setting the edge.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Count me in on the group not so sure of Pearce, however the rest of the draft was great! I saw a mock the other day of us taking Tuten in the 4th rd I believe and had to look him up. Actually, he is a load to bring down, very strong lower body. Does have some fumble problems though.

Love this draft. Andrew Mukuba is one of my favorite prospects this year. So much fun to watch always around the football. He reminds me more of Jessie Bates than anyone in the last couple drafts.

Nice comparison with Guerendo who I also really liked in that Draft. The question for me as always is how good of a pass protector is Tuten
and can he catch passes out of the backfield. Versatility is what we need at RB and of course a willing protector for our main dude in Joe.
Could go with a smaller, speedster RB like this or a big, bruiser and I would be fine with either especially with Samaje getting up there in age.
