It's like Hue is allergic to calling run plays suited to his running backs style.
Hill comes in we do shotgun plays Gio comes in we line up in the I and stuff him up the middle of the field

To those saying bad spot, I disagree after seeing the replay. His feet were clearly past the line to gain, but I think the ball was just shy.
