Mel:  Nevermind the so-called "red flags".  Who cares if this guy is small, frail, and can't memorize a phone number, let alone a playbook.  A sub 4.3 forty time is something that can't be coached.  Whoever takes this diminutive receiver will be adding a future perennial All-Pro to their roster..
