Trey Hendrickson Update

My question is this:

IF the Bengals aren't going to pay Trey, who did they realistically plan on paying? Next year, they are scheduled to have around 65 million in cap space. That's top 5 in the league...

And who on the team deserves an extension outside of those that already got one? I can't think of a single other player that I'd extend on this team at the moment.
