Competency at the top.  We don't have that.  We have a couple lawyers and Duke Tobin, whatever his experience is/was.  lol.

Who is our GM?  Right, we don't technically have one.  

We can't nail draft picks and/or develop them, otherwise our D would be much better today.  Could it be because we have, by far, the smallest (incompetent?) scouting dept. in the NFL?

I am so tired of the Brown family ineptness.
