So it depends what they're sitting at. I'd say they'd need some amount of cap space like maybe $15 million, then a restructure. So the cap side may be theoretically possible. But, many of the 'aggressive' teams have already restructured.
That said, they'd also have to give up a young defensive player AND a 1st. Before the draft, supposedly no team would trade a 1st for Trey.
