The elite teams definitely go more all in yearly.
Risner is only projected as a 2yr 6mil dollar deal. He's poor as a run blocker but grades in the 70s as a pass protector. For that kind of money hes worth a pickup in my opinion. He valuable depth and could save our season if he fixes a weak link on the oline.
