Since the All-Star break, De La Cruz is hitting just .240/.311/.333 and has only one home run and 11 RBI. He's also striking out three times as much as he's walking, which is a problem that's haunted De La Cruz in the past.
The power lull goes back even further than that. Since the AS break was "just" 106 PA for Elly. He's actually only had that 1 HR during his last 182 PA.
Just a massive power drought. Now it's just being followed by a hitting drought.
