Combine that with the ball often starting on the 30 now and it's too damn easy to get in FG range now. They either need to move the post back 5 yards to the wall, or they need to make the uprights more narrow.
Ok. But, is this a reason to change it? I get so tired of the NFL changing the rules. It's an achievement. All they do when they mess with this shit is preserve old-time records. Every one of these kids worked hard to achieve what they have and the rules should not be changed IMO.
