If they know the value then why not make the moves you suggested or equivalent moves?
Im not saying they don't know the value but I want to understand the logic. Is the value to them not worth it? Meaning whether they win it all or not the team value doesn't rise so if there value is market based and not performance based do they not see a value in applying extra funds?
