Those of us in favor of Burrow playing some in the preseason have a supporter in terms of Boomer Esiason:

20 to 40 plays for Burrow and the offense in the preseason sounds about right to me. There are about 60 offensive plays a game (I think), so about 30 to 40 plays sounds about what Andy Reid plays the starters in preseason. He goes 1 or 2 series the first preseason game and half a game in the second. I could get behind that.
