I am not expecting first ballot, but he'll get in sooner or later. The number of people with at least 8 Pro Bowls, multiple 1st Team All-Pros, AND was on a HoF All Decade Team (this last one matters, it's the HoF selection committee that chooses them, so that means they have already recognized you as someone that dominated a decade) that aren't in the HoF has to be near 0.
