If they(Cowboys) can't get a deal done with the Parsons can they get a better trade than a first + Hendrickson. 

Bengals - Which they probably won't sign because of how much he'd be looking for.

Cowboys - If it was a 1st rounder without giving anything else up besides Parsons, absolutely. But a 2nd rounder (possibly early) to go up to (hopefully late) 1st may not really be much of a boost.
