You talk about not paying Parsons long-term, but what are you envisioning is "long term" for Parsons but wouldn't be for Hendrickson?
Hendrickson is likely wanting to play through 2027, possibly 2028 if someone offered him.
Parsons would be looking for a 3-year deal minimum in 2025, so through 2028.
I don't think the difference in years will be that much different for what each guy wants and is offered.
Probably only ends up being different by 1 year.
I would say a Four or 5 year deal for Parsons vs a 2 to 3 year deal for Hendrickson. I think the bigger thing would be guarantees as Hendrickson would probably get much less(like between 50 & 60 million) while Micha would get much more( like 100 million).
