He's comparing him to every G since Montoya. And COULD is doing a lot of work in that sentence.

I agree about CJ, however that isn't a CJ article. The comparison was made by respected NFL draft analyst Rob Rang, currently of Fox Sports, I believe that he used to be with CBS (back when he and Brugler had that place humming).
