I think our experienced head coach who also wear multiple hats in top 6 to 8 in the NFL. I know that many will strongly disagree. He is experienced, players love him and the big moments are not to big for him based on his playoff record.
I think the HC being the base foundation being strong supports the rest of the staff. The new coaches are an unknown, but I do like Golden and feel he will surprise. Our OL coach is an unknown to me. I think Simmons is a top 5 special teams coach.
Overall, I think they are around 10th best in the league on paper.
