If he wanted more money, he should have negotiated for more in his extension.  

I'm usually more sympathetic to guys that come in on slotted rookie contracts that never really got a chance to negotiate.  Or players being strong armed because of the grossly unfair FT.  

Trey is underpaid, because frankly, he and his agent are bad at business and negotiations.  

Trey made the mistake of trusting the front office to do something they don't do. That's certainly on him. Them being cheap isn't and taking advantage of a situation isn't.
