I am not  sure about incorrect, there is a valid argument that Chase is actually more impactful than Burrow right now.  Burrows rookie year was not alot of wins, but as soon as Chase was drafted, we started winning. Both are great players but Burrow did not have winning success as a QB until Chase came on team. so i  think you do need more than a very good QB to have team success
