I suspect many players can't stay out of trouble, just this week pac man jones (arrested) and i believe the brown's ex WR is being sought by the police, even after retiring. Considering how many hits they take to the head.. I dont know if its fair to presume their erratic behavior was due to the nature of the NFL.
It could be the hits to head, but I think the majority is ego and thinking they can pretty much do anything without recourse.
