If I respect the team for anything, it's their effort to keep things behind closed doors in these kinds of dust-ups.
That's the thing, I honestly am not sure you can with the Bengals. Public pressure has been the only thing that has historically ever worked against the Bengals. Their default state is to never change, never adapt, and never improve unless pushed to do so and even then as slowly and begrudgingly as possible.
