If Bengals are staying within the norms (at least 60% of NFL teams way of doing it), then good for them. If not, they are in thr worng and need to fix it.
I heard today that Stewart's agent is asking for a change in another way as a peace offering to accept the change in precedent for the Bengals. I heard the timing of payout of the signing bonus. Mims was paid 50% at signing and 50% on Dec 1st. So seems like an easy fix and that just paying it all at signing may get the contract signed. Curious how other teams time the payout of the signing bonus.
