Not only were they great additions at the time but they were also cheap signings. So the whole thing that the Bengals can't have similar  like spending off-season  because of the Burrow and Chase contracts is bazaar. 

Chidobe , Von, Hilton and Larry O averaged(roughly) 6.45 Million a year.
