I have no idea what the hold up is, but I do wonder who his agent is as well. Maybe 100% Bengals fault or maybe Stewart and his agents fault or maybe both sides at fault.

It is hard to know, but too easy to always blame the Bengals FO without the facts in hand.

Shemar Stewart is represented by Zachary Hiller from LAA Sports. He's fairly young early 30's and started his own agency.
