Feels like they dont even have the space to give Trey what he wants.

1) We did sign a FA DE (Ossai at $7 mil). 
2) We blew $11 mil in space on the Tee/Chase deals. 
3) A Burrow resteucture would free up $19 mil. 
4) Pratt & Volson are still in the roster ($9.5 mil between the two). 
5) Why keep Moss? ($3.5 mil, IIRC). 

That is around $40 mil in extra cap space would could have opened up. $28 of which is still on the table. 

But with keeping Ossai & Sample and drafting a DE high, I don't think an outside DE was a good allocation of resources.
