Once again the Bengals are being accused of poor communication in a contract deal. We're dealing multiple dumbasses in this situation with both organization and county.

I notice a trend that when the Bengals are negotiating something and taking a hard line, whoever is on the other end accuses them of not communicating. The Bengals communicate, the other side just doesn't like what they say.
