There's probably a lot more early in the Super Bowl era, and perhaps a couple where the QB wasn't the full-time starter. Off the top of my head, I'd say:
Marino-Shula
Kelly-Levy
Tarkington-Grant
True a lot of pairings break up after 4-5 years rather than continuing to struggle away because 6 years is a large portion of an NFL career for a player and 6 years is normally tough for a HC to get without a SB win. This is obviously by no means exhaustive and just some guys I came up with thinking about it for a couple minutes and thus leans very 90s-onward...
Rivers - Turner
Elway - Reeves
McNabb - Reid (Reid moved on from Alex Smith to Mahomes after year 5 to avoid a double-listing)
Romo - Garrett
Ryan - M Smith
Ryan - Quinn
McNair - Fisher
Garoppolo - K Shanahan
Jackson - Harbaugh
Allen - McDermott
