Do the consensus ranking matter to any team? Do you feel that is what they use to determine picks?

I was told the Bengals put players into buckets by round. It appears they had 2 LB's in round 2. Stewart was in round 1. 

A reach is a term used by pudits based on their or consensus rankings. In the end, if the pick is not successful it was a reach in my opinion. It is impossible to determine outcome until they play in the NFL.
