In any draft, a team is lucky to get 2 starters.
People tend to look at drafts and pencil all the guys in as future starters.
As far as us being close the past 2 years. Our defense was horrible. We have several elite players. We have average players. We have some bad starters too. Our roster needs more above average to good players. Until that happens, we'll miss out on the playoffs.
