Let's also not forget that Golden said that he wants to focus on fundamentals and cure the mistakes of things like too many missed tackles, so sounds like he's coming in to the perfect place for him.

A lot of times, a pressure can be better than a sack because it leads to rushed throws and interceptions. He wasn't used properly at A&M and does need improvements, but, for the hundredth time, I like this pick and don't think it's a Mike Brown "what the F was that" pick like we used to see when he was running things.

Sacks are a weird stat.

Sometimes other guys gets the pressure and it flushes the QB to a guy that is just in the right spot to get a sack.

Then, sometimes the guy outright beats his guy and gets a sack.
