I actually like that Golden was in coillege football the past 3 years because it allowed him to get to know some of these players.  

I am a ND fan. One thing I noticed with Golden was his ability to develop those kids. He has developed pro ready CB's, safeties, DL and LB's. He took ND defense from being good to being great.
