Trey is not going anywhere in 2025 and drafting Stewart hurts any leverage he had to threaten to hold out. Bengals are not a team to waiver. They said a minimum 1st round pick and more. No 1st round was offered so they keep the sack leader. I still hope the 2 sides come to an agreement on an extension, it won't be the top dollar Trey desires.
JJ Watt wants extended also, he is last year of his deal and also 31. Bengals may be waiting on how Steeler's pay Watt, he is a lot closer comparision than Garrett who is a lot younger and not just a sack specialist.
