I guess I am just too optimistic and beleive players playing through injuries can be better after they fully recover.

Sam Hubbard on one leg set a more firm edge against the run than Myles Murphy did all year even after Myles was healthy. Some of it could just be he's still struggling to diagnosis the blocking schemes because he was a much better run defender in college.
