YES...Reds won their first series and then made it back to back series wins with this SWEEP.  It is only April April 14th, very early in baseball season.  Terry Francona did not take over the best team of players in baseball.  He was brought in to develop young players and try to improve this mess.  So the broom also could mean cleaning up the mess this team was in.  I see some on here question Martinez as a starter and such, but I say let Terry Francona do the job he was brought in to do.  The World Series winning Manager is trying to put the players he has, in what he thinks is their best spots to help this team.   He took over a team of many injured pitchers and only one superstar hitter.  I saw World Series winning Manager Jack McKeon take a not very good Reds team and make enough moves to get them in a one game play-off with the New York Mets in October. What they lacked in 1999 in talent, Jack McKeon made up in Team Work.   I like that after a Reds Win now, the Reds Players coming off the field say in celebration, " Tight Ship, Tight Ship ".   That is New this year, and it means they are buying into Terry Francona Team Work.
