Yessir, I know that you could give a great dissertation on the value of exercise, proper nutrition and adequate rest, and expound upon the benefits not just for pro athletes, but all people.
Obviously Myles was using the cereal example of one thing that he loved and gave up for his body reduction program, I'm sure that if he hired a worthy strength coach and nutritionist, there have been some wholesale changes for the better in there.
However, didn't we hear a similar story last season, when he came back "big enough for the job"?
