Idk, I kinda like that they're pressing teams to field playable KOs. At least now there's a greater chance of something exciting to happen, be it a big return, a great tackle, possible turnover. Anything was better than that boring 5 seconds of basically dead air sandwiched between egregious TV timeouts that we had with all of the touchbacks.

Nothing wrong with finding a way to put some of the risk/reward value back into special teams plays. A great opportunity for back of the roster guys to do something impactful to help their team. Excitement = Drama = More people staying in their chairs to watch the play.
