Gesicki 's snap count has gone up and down based on matchups. For example, he played 70% and 62% of the snaps in Weeks 10 and 11, then only played 43%, 28%, 31%, and 33% in the four weeks after.  He's not a good enough inline blocker to be a true every down TE1.  He's closer to a slot WR3.

Secondly, the Bengals have talked to Warren, a long with Loveland, Taylor, and Helm.  They seem quite interested in adding to that group.
