SI's Bengals Financial Breakdown
#32

Cuts:

1) Rankins
2) Hubbard- or resign at a much cheaper rate.
3) Cappa
4) Moss

-these cuts alone add @ 30 million to the cap.

Resign:

1) TEE
2) Geisicki
3) Hilton
4) Ford
5) Ossai
6) Herbert

- all good role players, besides Tee who is a game changer. then draft heavily on the trenches and backfill with solid FA's (G, DE, DL)

Those are all great, no brainer moves. You still haven't brought in anyone from outside to fill any of the voids. Keep in mind that the draft is only a crap shoot, you at least need a vested veteran to fill for example, Cappa's spot. Don't say Ford, because then you're created another hole to fill. We only have 6 draft picks, and only half of those are in the top 100 prospects...
