I wouldn't trust the previous DL Coach/DC to properly coach him up, but I might change my mind depending on who takes over.
For now, I want high-floor, and we've seen Carter, Scourton, and Pearce each have at least one season of double-digit sacks in their college career.

I think Carter is trending towards a top 5 pick or at a minimum top 10. He won't be there at 17.

I want high ceiling and high floor in round 1.
