Davante Adams was in his age 30 season when he went for a 1st and a 2nd in 2022.

It was mid-season, but Von Miller in 2021 was in his age 32 season (and an impending FA) when he got traded to the Rams for a 2nd and 3rd and had been a couple years removed from being the properly dominant Von Miller.
