I agree that at least one coordinator needs to go, Anarumo for sure. I'm willing to give Pitcher a pass as the passing game has been strong all year. The changes needed on offense have more to do with a change in mindset from Zac Taylor than anything. He has to respect the power of using a rushing attack and the value of having tough people movers on the inside of the OL. A change in OL coach would provide great cover for Taylor to change his philosophy without having to blatantly admit that he's been wrong.
Great post Sunset. This is what I am hoping, Pollack is the perfect guy to replace to help Zac and Pitcher. If we have a run game and stick
to it this Offense could be unstoppable. Having a smaller back in Chase Brown who sometimes goes down easy has also been great cover
for Zac, but Herbert just had a nice run on the stealers yesterday too and is a bigger back. If we can get a new OL coach in here with some
new Guards and Zac actually commits some to the run game great things could be ahead.
