Not specifically, but Chao seemed pretty confident that he'd be good to go before cap.  He def didn't indicate that it was a career-impacting injury.  As a professional consultant, it would be pretty egregious for him to leave out the detail of the tear potentially impacting his career.  He said nothing of that sort.
