Arizona misused Simmons. He’d be a quality add on a 1-2 year prove-it deal. I’m in favor of re-signing Wilson as he’s easily the best LB on the team. 10-12 million a year is worth it for what he brings. The Bengals can always release Mixon and sign Fournette if money is an issue.
