Dobbins has been a terror when healthy.  I guess they could take him, but it seems unlikely.

Honestly, Brian Robinson is a pretty solid back for the Commanders, too. He's not top 5 in the league or anything, but he's probably good enough to make them think twice about spending a high pick on a rb.
